Rules and regulations for providing services at MAIN Podcast Studio

1. Exclusive rights to the video and audio content created (recorded) by MAIN Podcast Studio belong to the Client from the date of full payment for MAIN Podcast Studio services.

 

2. When installing and setting up a specific configuration (Set) agreed upon with the Client, MAIN Podcast Studio establishes basic equipment configurations (furniture, lighting, microphones and sound, cameras and video), which can subsequently be modified at the Client's request. The time required to configure or change equipment settings at the Client's request is included in the total time slot reserved by the Client.

 

3. When the Client books a time slot on the MAIN Podcast Studio website or otherwise (via instant messaging or telephone), confirmation of the booking by MAIN Podcast Studio is only made after the Client has made an advance payment of 30% of the total booking amount. If the advance payment is not received, MAIN Podcast Studio has the right to assign this time slot to another Client who will make an advance payment.

 

4. The remaining balance of the booking must be paid by the Client immediately before the start of recording. At the same time, MAIN Podcast Studio will apply all discounts and bonuses owed or promised to the Client.

 

5. Payment for MAIN Podcast Studio services (as well as the advance payment made when booking) can be made in the following ways:

• Cash payment.

• Payment by bank card via POS terminal, or using a special link generated by the POS terminal and sent to the Client by email or courier.

• Payment from the company's bank account.

6. At the Client's request, MAIN Podcast Studio can provide a paper invoice or send it electronically to the Client's specified address (email, courier, or other).

 

7. All video and audio content (video and audio files) created by MAIN Podcast Studio is transferred to the Client as follows:

• Within 48 hours of completing the video and audio recording, MAIN Podcast Studio uploads the files containing the results of the service to a separate folder on its server.

• As soon as the files are uploaded to the server, MAIN Podcast Studio sends the Client a link to a folder on the server, from which the Client must download all the files independently. The link is sent to the Client via email or messaging, upon the Client's request.

• The files containing the results of the service are stored on the server and remain available for download by the Client for 7 calendar days from the date the link is sent. After this period, the files containing the results of the service are deleted from the MAIN Podcast Studio server. If the Client has not downloaded files from the server within the specified storage time, MAIN Podcast Studio is not responsible for the Client's failure to receive the files containing the results of the service provided.

• If it is necessary to extend the storage time on the server for the files containing the results of the service provided, the Client must contact MAIN Podcast Studio in writing with a request to extend the storage time. The storage time for the files containing the results of the service provided on the server may be extended for a period of no more than 3 calendar days, after which the files are permanently deleted from the server.

8. The Client and all participants in the Client's video and audio recording must arrive at MAIN Podcast Studio 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. If the Client or the participants in the video and audio recording arrive late, the time slot reserved by the Client will not be changed. Thus, the estimated time for providing the services (video and audio recording) is reduced by the time the Client or participants in the video and audio recording are delayed, without reducing the payment amount for the time reserved by the Client.

 

9. The minimum time slot for which a studio can be reserved is 1 hour.

 

10. If the Client used the studio for less time than reserved and paid for, the cost of MAIN Podcast Studio's services will not be recalculated.

 

11. If the Client needs to use the Studio for longer than reserved (in the absence of a subsequent reservation by another Client), the extension will only be possible in increments of 30 minutes.

 

12. If the Client wishes to extend the reserved time, MAIN Podcast Studio reserves the right to refuse an extension if there is no available time after the reserved time.
